N25Q 시리즈는 MCU 또는 Voice IC 제품에 적용할 수 있는 고밀도 외장 플래시 메모리입니다. 이 시리즈는 표준의 SPI (Standard Serial Peripheral Interface) , 2bit (Dual Output) 및 4bit (Quad I / O) 프로토콜을 지원하고, Continues Read Modes는 XIP (execute in place) 작업으로 효율적인 메모리 액세스를 가능하게 합니다.
모든 N25Q 시리즈는 공간 절약형 패키지인 SOP-150mil 또는 SOP-208mil 패키지로 제공됩니다. |

- High performance program/erase speed
- Page Program time: 500us
- Sector Erase time: 50ms typical
- Supports SPI command in 1-1-1, 1-1-2, and 1-4-4 modes.
